I’ve been viewing a number of infographics recently which have explained complex information quickly and clearly. It was therefore clear to see that this would be the best mechanism to communicate the high level results from an online survey I’ve recently run with the Casewise BPM team on the Business Process Management Marketplace.

The purpose of the survey was to establish the current state of adoption, and use of business process management practices in organizations worldwide, in addition to gaining an insight into the future the discipline has to play with an enterprise. The findings from the survey are assisting the Casewise BPM team with the future development and and innovation of our BPM tool, Casewise Synergy.

The data collected and visualized in the infographic covers a high level analysis of the findings of the study and aims to provide:

• a clear understanding of the current state of BPM practices
• learn about types of  BPM deployments
• gain an insight into the usage of BPM solutions
• provide clarity over the future trends in BPM

The online survey received 450 responses from a well-balanced range of business and IT role based individuals from both private and public sector organizations. A large number of executives participated in the survey, which adds to the richness of the contents of this report.
